Frequently Asked Questions

This section provides answers to commonly asked questions regarding research use, ordering, shipping, and compliance. Review the details below to ensure proper handling and informed purchasing decisions.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Transit time may vary based on carrier processing. Packages ship domestically from our California facility.
Are your products intended for human use?
No. All Supra Chems compounds are supplied strictly for in vitro research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and must not be administered, ingested, applied, or used in any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic context. Handling is restricted to controlled laboratory environments by qualified research personnel.
Are your products legal to purchase in the United States?
Yes—our compounds may be legally purchased within the United States for laboratory-based research only. They are not regulated as pharmaceuticals, and are therefore not restricted when used exclusively for in vitro research applications. By completing an order, the purchaser acknowledges responsibility for ensuring proper use, handling, and compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
What purity levels do you guarantee?
All Supra Chems compounds are tested at ≥99% purity and verified via High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Batch-specific data may be provided upon request for qualified research purposes. Analytical verification is performed to confirm molecular identity, consistency, and purity before release.
Do you provide COA, HPLC, or MS testing results?
We test every batch prior to release. However, we intentionally do not issue COAs by default. In research markets, it is widely acknowledged that supplier-provided COAs can be unreliable—single verified samples are often submitted for testing while remaining stock may not reflect the same standards.

Instead, Supra Chems follows a transparency-first approach:
1. Independent purity confirmation guarantee — We highly encourage third-party analysis and offer a 100% money-back guarantee if any product independently tests below ≥99% purity.
2. Testing cost support — We cover 50% of the cost of third-party testing in the form of store credit when results are shared with us, regardless of outcome.

We believe purity should be verified independently, not simply stated. Internal testing data (COA, HPLC, MS) can be provided upon request for reference; however, our external verification policy ensures a higher level of accountability than traditional documentation alone.
What is your Third-Party Testing Store Credit policy?
We actively support independent laboratory verification to uphold transparency and quality assurance. If you choose to test a compound through an approved third-party facility, Supra Chems will reimburse 50% of the testing cost in the form of store credit, issued once results and documentation are received.

Requirements:
• Testing must be performed by one of the following approved analytical laboratories:
   – Janoshik
   – Freedom Diagnostics
   – Chromate
• The original product label must remain affixed to the vial to confirm batch identity and verify the sample originates from Supra Chems.
• Submit both the testing receipt and the final lab report to qualify for reimbursement.

If the independent result confirms a purity level of ≥99%, store credit is still issued as an acknowledgment of verification. If purity tests below specification, you may instead request a 100% money-back refund under our Purity Testing Guarantee.

This policy reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and delivering true value for researchers.
What is your Purity Testing Guarantee?
Every Supra Chems batch is independently tested prior to release. To further reinforce transparency, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee if any compound independently tests below ≥99% purity using a certified analytical laboratory.

This policy reflects our belief that purity should be confirmed through objective third-party analysis rather than self-supplied reports.

How it works:
• You may submit a sample to an approved testing facility (Janoshik, Freedom Diagnostics, or Chromate).
• If official results indicate a purity below ≥99%, you are eligible for a full refund of your order for that compound.
• If purity meets or exceeds specification, you may still qualify for 50% store credit of the testing cost under our Third-Party Testing Support Program.

This guarantee ensures that our quality claims are supported by measurable data, not internal documentation alone.
How do I submit a purity testing claim?
To initiate a purity testing claim, please follow the process outlined below:

1. Test the compound using an approved analytical lab
   – Janoshik
   – Freedom Diagnostics
   – Chromate

2. Keep the vial label intact
The original product label must remain attached to the vial. This confirms:
   • Batch identity
   • Product authenticity
   • Verification that the sample originates from Supra Chems

3. Submit the following documentation via email:
   • Official laboratory test results
   • Receipt or invoice for testing expenses
   • Order number and compound details

4. Claim resolution
   • If purity independently tests below ≥99% → you may request a 100% refund for the compound.
   • If purity meets or exceeds specification → you will receive 50% of the testing cost as store credit (in accordance with our Third-Party Testing Support Program).

Claims should be sent to support@suprachems.com with the necessary documentation attached.

This process ensures transparency and supports independent validation as a core part of our quality assurance model.
How should compounds be stored upon arrival?
Peptide compounds should be stored in a dark environment at –20 °C or below as soon as they arrive. Short-term refrigeration (2–8 °C) is acceptable while transferring to proper storage.

Storage notes by product type:
Peptides: Freeze at –20 °C
Amino-based compounds: Do not require freezing and can be kept at controlled room temperature unless otherwise specified

Additional recommendations:
• Keep sealed and away from light
• Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles
• Only reconstitute when ready to use

Proper storage helps maintain quality before research use.
How long are peptides stable once reconstituted?
Once reconstituted, peptides should be used as soon as possible for best quality. When stored correctly:

Recommended stability after reconstitution:
• Up to 4–7 days if refrigerated (2–8 °C)
• Up to 30 days if frozen (–20 °C or lower)

To maintain integrity:
• Do not leave reconstituted peptides at room temperature
• Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles
• Only prepare what is needed for immediate use

Stability may vary slightly between compounds. Refer to product-specific guidelines when available.
Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?
Yes. We offer bulk and institutional pricing for larger orders.

For orders over $5,000, a 25% volume discount is available.

For custom quotes or high-volume purchasing details, please reach out through our contact form.
Do you accept returns on unopened products?
No. Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and to maintain product integrity, we do not accept returns—whether opened or unopened.

All sales are final.
