Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or recognized holidays. During periods of increased order volume, processing and shipment may require additional time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order completion. Estimated delivery times vary by selected service and destination within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary based on carrier operations, destination, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

Supra Chems utilizes established domestic shipping carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS, to ensure secure and reliable delivery of research materials.

Order Tracking

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Domestic Shipping Only

Supra Chems ships within the United States only. International shipping is not offered at this time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, customers must contact Supra Chems support within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with carrier communication and work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with carrier policies.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. Supra Chems is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
