No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and strict handling, storage, and quality control requirements, all sales are final. Supra Chems does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Our products are intended exclusively for laboratory, academic, and experimental research use. To ensure product integrity and safety, returned research materials cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at Suprachems@proton.me within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion. Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where an order is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery and approved by Supra Chems. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
